Farming Simulator 15: Eth4ck1e's FS15 Controller Settings

Made some changes to make things more familiar for controller use. Start Button now mapped to ESC. You can now enter/exit vehicles and move farward and reverse with either the thumb pad or the shoulder buttons for finer control. Includes Cruise Conrol (Press Thumb Pad). Everything else is labeled. Enjoy!
