Fallout 4: Sareth's Fallout 4 Survival Layout

Mouse and Keyboard Layout (because Fallout 4 doens't support Gamepad and Mouse at the same time). Right Grip is a mode shift button which allows you to quick save/load and quick inventory and questlog on the digi pad.All other Bindings are Taged.
