Fallout 4: neeko's WASD/Mouse with simulated analog movement

Both the left and right trackpads also act as a d pad \"weapon wheel\" when clicking them in certain directions. This allows you to bind up 8 items at once without having to tab through favorites. Hold down right grip to turn the left analog stick into a scroll wheel.
